Use a food processor to knead dough to make soft, brushed toast bread
Overview
It was my first time to bake and I consulted a lot of information. It was actually to test out this new German food processor. It is said that in addition to the basic stirring and juicing functions of the food processor, it can be used as a chef's machine for mixing noodles. The most important thing is that it can be used for heating, cooking porridge, soup and stews, and it also comes with an integrated steamer. It’s really necessary for people like me who can’t even cut vegetables and eat takeout every day. I kneaded nearly 2 kilograms of dough with this, made two large toasts, and ate it for several days...the recipe will be reduced...after all, I kneaded so much dough just for testing. I always have the illusion that I am going to become a little cooking expert:)

Turn on the machine switch and install the special kneading hook for dough kneading. Weigh the bread flour, water, sugar, eggs, salt, yeast, and butter according to the formula. The food processor itself has an electronic scale.
-
Except butter, put the rest of the ingredients into a stainless steel cup, cover the cup, set the speed to first gear; set the time to 6 minutes; temperature 0°, press the start button
-
Add the softened butter and close the lid. (ps: butter can also be heated and softened with the steamer that comes with the machine) Set the speed to first gear; time 8 minutes, temperature 0°, start button
-
The dough has been shaped
-
Reaching the glove membrane state
-
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature until the dough does not collapse or shrink when you poke a hole with your finger
-
Brush the mold with oil, roll the dough twice, roll it into a tube shape, and put it into the mold. Carry out secondary fermentation until the mold is 80% full (I forgot to take a picture)
-
After the oven is preheated, cover it with tin foil and set it to 175 degrees. After 45 minutes, take it out of the box and unmold it while it's hot. Be careful not to burn your hands. (I may have forgotten to take the photo again, so I only took a short video)

For the first time in my life, I was full of joy. The outside was a bit overcooked, but after breaking it open, it was super soft and delicious! ! !
