Take the oranges out of the refrigerator and defrost them.

Remove the ribs from the oranges after thawing.

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil.

The water after boiling is acidic water from oranges. Pour away the acidic water.

Add appropriate amount of water and sugar (or rock sugar) and bring to a boil.

Let it cool after boiling, and the sweet and delicious orange jam is ready!
