Tibao version of "Guaiguai Mian"
Overview
Today Tibao said to me: Mom, I want to eat "guaiguai noodles"! The guaiguai noodles are actually Tibao's own name, and we call them pull noodles here. Noodles have always been a frequent visitor to our house. Our family loves to eat them, so I try to make them differently. This noodle is very simple to make and tastes very delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix the flour with salt, eggs and water and let it rise.
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the rested dough into a flatbread.
-
Cut the dough into strips with a knife and set aside.
-
Prepare the ingredients for the noodle soup, cut the meat into shreds, cut the green pepper into shreds, and the pickled vegetables are vacuum packed, so just wash them and don’t cut them.
-
Heat a pan, add oil, put the ingredients into the pan and stir-fry.
-
Take the strips of noodles you just cut and pull them with your hands until they are slightly longer. The thickness of the noodles depends on your preference. If you like thinner noodles, just make them longer. If you want thicker noodles, just make them shorter.
-
After the pot boils, add the pulled noodles.
-
A bowl of ‘Guaiguai Noodles’ will be enough.
