Frosted Peanuts

Overview

Today is a carnival night, and my colleagues are planning to have a party. I was thinking about what dish would be popular? I finally decided to make this frosted peanut dish.

Ingredients

Steps

1. 1 Once the pan is heated, pour in the oil and then the peanuts.

   

2. 2 Stir-fry over medium-low heat until cooked.

   

3. 3 Pour onto baking sheet and let cool.

   

4. 4 Add sugar and water. Sugar:water=4:1

   

5. 5 Burn over high heat until sugar water bubbles.

   

6. 6 Pour in the peanuts, turn off the heat, and stir-fry until the water dries up and white frost appears.
