Steps
-
Prepare materials
-
Cut the beef brisket into cubes
-
Blanch the cut beef brisket in a pot of cold water. After boiling the pot, discard the foam and take out the beef
-
When blanching the beef, you can first cut the carrots into hob pieces
-
Onions are also cut into pieces
-
Boil water in another pot and blanch the carrots slightly (you can also be lazy and save it)
-
After taking out the carrots, put the tomatoes in and blanch the skin, then take them out and peel them
-
Heat a little oil in a pan, stir-fry the carrots and onions, and set aside (I forgot to add the onions)
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the wok, add Heinz tomato sauce and stir-fry over medium-low heat until fragrant
-
Pour in the blanched beef brisket, stir-fry evenly and add one or two spoons of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell
-
Pour water into the pot, the amount of water should be about the same as the beef or more
-
After the water boils, add the carrots and onions, and cut the peeled tomatoes into pieces and add them to the pot
-
Add a little basil to enhance the flavor, cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes
