Homemade raisin and wolfberry bread
Overview
I don’t particularly like to eat very sweet bread and cakes. 😁😁My mouth feels sour if I eat too much, and too much sweets can be bad for my health. So this bread can taste slightly salty and sweet.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Place the preparation ingredients, separate the yolk from one of the eggs, and set aside for brushing.
-
Put all the ingredients into the kneading dough and knead it into the shape as shown. If you find that the dough is too sticky, add a little dry flour. If it is too hard, add a little milk.
-
This dough is placed in a basin and covered with a lid to ferment for an hour. It is more than one and a half times the size before. It feels very soft when picked up.
-
Knead the dough into 8 pieces the size of steamed buns, let it rest for about five minutes (cover it with a layer of cloth when it is resting, because it is the first time to upload, some pictures are not fully taken), brush with egg yolk liquid. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place on a baking sheet lined with tin foil and preheat the oven with the upper and lower tubes at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes.
-
Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
When it comes out of the oven, it looks delicious!
-
Open it and look, it’s very soft and fragrant, 😀😀
