Fried clams with green onions
Overview
Hairy clams and green onions are a perfect match, they can be eaten cold or stir-fried with green onions. I love them more and more, hairy cockles, hmm.

Fresh clams.

Peel out the cockle meat. If you can't do it, use a metal spoon to lift its butt.

Wash the clam meat repeatedly.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry onion over low heat until fragrant.

Pour in the cockle meat and stir-fry over high heat.

Stir-fry the cockle meat until it changes color, add the sauce, 1 spoon of seafood soy sauce + 1 spoon of oyster sauce + 2 spoons of water.

Reduce the juice over high heat and remove from the pot.
