Lean corn porridge
Overview
I bought fresh old corn, grated it with a grater, and made a bowl of shredded pork polenta. The fragrant corn flavor was slightly salty, which was very good.

Peel the old corn and remove the beards.

Grind into fine pieces with a grater.
