Orange Apple Sauce
Overview
Jam, sweet and sour, is delicious with bread or cakes, or as a filling. I have always seen people making jam, and I tried it today. I used a wall breaker to mix it. It was super delicate. It was the first time I made it like this. I am full of confidence. My daughter can make jam by herself in the future. Apples have a mild taste and are rich in carbohydrates, vitamins and trace elements, including sugars, organic acids, pectin, protein, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C and dietary fiber. They also contain malic acid, tartaric acid and carotene. They are the most nutritionally perfect among all fruits and vegetables. Apple is also known as the fruit of wisdom and memory.
