Red Bean Flatbread
Overview
For the large bread that my family eats for breakfast, I tried using a whisk to knead the dough. Those who don’t have a bread machine can give it a try

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter into the dough bucket
-
Use chopsticks to stir into a fluffy consistency
-
Form into a ball with your hands
-
Place the mixing pin on the egg beater and insert it into the dough
-
Start the 1st gear to knead the dough. After about 2 minutes of starting, take a 30-second rest to avoid damaging the machine.
-
After kneading the dough for 15 minutes, including resting, add softened butter
-
Continue kneading noodles
-
Check it and it will be ready when it reaches the expansion stage (I personally still like the bread machine to knead the dough, just drop it in)
-
Take out the dough and let it ferment until it doubles in size
-
Take out the fermented dough, knead it on the chopping board to remove the air, divide it into 2 parts, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes
-
Roll it out, wrap it in my favorite bean paste, and shape it
-
Pinch the closure tightly and place it with the closure facing down
-
Put it into the baking pan and bake it for 2 times (I have to go to work after I make it, so I put it in the refrigerator to ferment at low temperature, take it out after get off work and let it double in size before baking)
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
-
Brush the surface of the bread with egg wash, use a knife to cut out lines, and sift a layer of flour
-
Place in the preheated oven, middle layer, 180 degrees, watch carefully for 25 minutes, cover with tin foil after coloring (this is a bread baked for 20 minutes)
-
Let cool before eating
