Overview
Grilled naan is sold outside the school's halal canteen, and there is a line of people lining up there every day! It turns out that making baked naan is so easy! No more waiting in line!

Take appropriate amount of flour

Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper noodles, pepper noodles, and vegetable oil to the flour, and stir evenly

Add appropriate amount of yeast powder and stir evenly

Add appropriate amount of water and quickly stir into snowflakes

Knead into a dough of moderate hardness

Cover with plastic wrap, place in a warm place, and let rise

Add an appropriate amount of flour on the chopping board and knead the dough repeatedly to expel the air in the dough and make it smooth and chewy

Divide the dough into fist-sized pieces

Roll out the dough into a 1cm thick dough piece and shape it slightly so that the middle of the dough piece is thin and the edges are thick

Use a fork to prick the dough sheet to release air

Place the dough sheet in a warm place, let it rise for about ten minutes, then place it on the baking sheet

Bake the oven at 180° for 15 minutes, then raise the temperature to 200° and bake for 3 to 5 minutes for coloring.
