Melt 100 grams of cake flour and baking powder together. Use a strainer to pour the cake flour into a bowl with egg yolk paste. Use a spatula to stir from bottom to top. Then beat the egg whites into a large bowl with an electric egg beater until they become white. Pour in the white sugar in three batches. When the egg white becomes thick, take the bowl of egg yolk paste and use a spatula to scoop one-third of the egg white into the bowl of egg yolk paste

Keep stirring from bottom to top, then slowly pour the egg yolk batter into the egg white basin and continue stirring. After mixing, take the empty box of the cake mold and slowly pour the egg yolk batter into the mold box. Then adjust the oven temperature to 100 degrees, bake up and down on the middle layer, and preheat for 15 minutes. After the oven is preheated, pick up the cake mold box and shake it lightly on the table before putting the cake in for baking. Then put the cake into the baking pan, put on heat-proof gloves, and put the baking pan into the oven.
