Chicken and vegetable sandwich

There are students and office workers at home, so breakfast must be good and filling every day. In order to save time in making breakfast, the ingredients should be made into semi-finished products as much as possible the night before and cooked directly in the next morning. Only in this way can we maintain a calm and unhurried state in the kitchen and go out on time in high spirits~ So let’s take a look at what you need to prepare the night before: 1. Use a bread machine to make the most basic bread, and then slice it for later use; 2. Marinate the chicken breasts with Orleans barbecue sauce; 3. Wash and drain the lettuce; 4. Cut the ham into slices and set aside. I have posted two bread recipes before. This time I will simply write down how to make bread. To make it easier to see, I will attach the bread recipe here: 300g flour, 1 egg, 130g milk, 50g sugar, 20g butter, 3g salt, 4g yeast.

Make a basic loaf of bread the night before. Let’s talk about it briefly, after kneading the dough, shape it and prepare it for fermentation.

Serve until 7 minutes full and brush with egg wash. (One fermentation, save time)

Select the "Bake" function of the bread machine and wait for about 40 minutes.

After completely cooled, slice and set aside.

Chicken breast, cut into three slices horizontally, is so delicious.

Marinate it with Orleans roast, this step is also prepared the night before.

The next morning, beat 3 eggs, add a little salt, fry them into egg cakes in a pan, and gently chop them into pieces with a spatula.

Fry the chicken breast and ham slices over medium heat until cooked on both sides.

After turning off the heat, use the remaining heat to fry the lettuce to remove the raw smell. If you don't mind the smell of lettuce, you can put it directly into the bread.

Spread tomato sauce on the bread, or you can spread salad dressing or condensed milk, whatever you like.

Place egg pancakes and ham slices.

Add lettuce and chicken breast, add a slice of bread, and repeat the above steps until you are satisfied with the thickness.
