Cut half of the orange into thin slices and squeeze out the orange juice

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and beat with an electric egg beater until foamy. Add 30 grams of sugar and continue beating until the sharp corners of the egg whites appear curved when you lift the head of the egg beater

Add half of the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk batter and mix evenly with a rubber spatula

Then add the copied egg whites to the remaining egg whites and mix evenly
