I ate steamed beef with pickled mustard at Zhen Kung Fu a long time ago and thought it tasted good. I happened to see a pack of pickled mustard in the refrigerator, so I bought an African crucian carp to try.

  1. Prepare shredded ginger, chopped green onion, mustard oil, salt, sugar and soy sauce.

  2. Rinse the black film of fish blood, dry it, rub salt and shredded ginger on the inside and outside, and put on the mustard.

  3. Since my family does not use soy sauce for steamed fish, I added a small amount of white sugar to taste, then added boiling oil and mix thoroughly.
