Ultimate Grilled Steak
Overview
My aunt from Guangdong brought me only-child garlic. This garlic is very fragrant. I used it to grill the ribs today. The ribs were marinated for more than three hours and were very delicious. I usually wrap the ribs in tin foil and bake them first, then peel off the foil and bake them until the outside is crispy, dry and fragrant, and the color is also great this way.
