Super simple marshmallow pudding, you only need three ingredients and three steps (although I included 5 pictures :p) and you can make it easily! Use this simple snack to decorate your Mid-Autumn Festival table~ Ingredients can make 4 servings.

Place the marshmallows in a small saucepan, pour in enough milk to cover the marshmallows, and heat over low heat. To avoid burning, stir while cooking. Cook until the marshmallows are almost completely melted and then turn off the heat. And use the remaining heat to continue stirring until the marshmallows are completely melted.

Pour the cooked marshmallow milk into a heat-resistant pudding mold that has been sterilized with boiling water. Use a spoon to remove any large bubbles on the surface. After cooling slightly, place it in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

Take out the formed and chilled marshmallow pudding, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chocolate chip cookie crumbs on the surface (you can put the Oreo cookies in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin), and you're done^^
