Shredded pork with green pepper

Wash the green peppers, remove the seeds in the middle, and shred them (be careful when cutting green peppers. Some green peppers are very spicy and will make your hands irritated, so I wear gloves)

Add oil to the pan and fry the shredded meat first. Pretend.

Sauté garlic in oil in pan.

Add the green pepper and start frying. After two minutes, add the seasoning

When the stir-fry is almost done, add the shredded pork and stir-fry for 30-40 seconds, then turn off the heat.
