The meat floss and chopped green onion are not in the photo, and the other ingredients are ready.
-
Heat milk, corn oil, salt and a small amount of fine sugar over low heat until boiling, stirring continuously during the process.
-
Turn the pot over the heat and turn it ① about a hundred times, then sift in the flour and stir evenly

Add egg yolks and mix into a fine egg yolk paste

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and beat at medium speed until the fish eyes are foamy. Add the first caster sugar. When the egg whites are soft and foamy, add the second sugar. When obvious lines appear, add the third sugar.

Beat until you lift the whisk head and there are straight sharp corners

Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste and stir with a spatula in a J shape
-
Stir evenly, then pour into the remaining egg whites, and stir evenly using the same method
-
After stirring evenly, add an appropriate amount of pork floss and stir for a while
-
Pour into an eight-inch mold, top with chopped green onion and beautiful pork floss, and squeeze on salad dressing
-
Put in the preheated oven, set the upper heat to 100 degrees and the lower heat to 120 degrees, and bake for 50 minutes.
