Lao Gan Ma’s roasted chicken wings

The temperature has dropped a bit, and as soon as it cools down, I want to eat~ Let’s have a plate of Lao Gan Ma’s roasted chicken wings!

Rinse the chicken wing roots with water in advance (I remember to take pictures after I chopped them into three)

One chop and two knives.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the seasonings and saute until fragrant, then add the chicken wing roots.

Fry until dry.

Join Lao Gan Ma.

Stir fry evenly.

Add oyster sauce, a little salt and dark soy sauce.

Stir fry evenly.

Boil the water to taste in one go.
