Homemade Steamed Pork Rice Noodles
Overview
Steamed rice dishes are loved by the whole family and are very healthy. As for the steamed pork noodles, I used to buy them in supermarket packages. Some packages clearly stated that they were not spicy, but they were a bit spicy when steamed. This was very annoying for my daughter who likes steamed pork but does not like spicy food, so I made it myself according to my family’s taste. It is very convenient to make, so there is no need to make too much every time. Just cook after eating.

I like it a little grainy, so I take out a little bit when it's not very broken, and then grind the rest finely.

After grinding, spread it out to dry, add salt, five-spice powder, and pepper, mix well, and store in a sealed container.
