Overview
I remember the first time I had curry rice, it was already 2 years ago. At that time, I didn’t know how to cook curry rice at all, so he cooked it for me. The smell of curry always reminds me of him!

Dice the carrots and cut the onions into strips.

Cut chicken breast into cubes.

Put oil in the pot and heat it up.

Add crispy sausage until the water level just covers the ingredients.

Add curry cubes.

Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, then on low heat. {Because there are salt, chicken essence and other seasonings in the curry paste itself, there is no need to add any more} until the soup becomes thicker.
