Wash the scallions, cut into sections, roughly separate the scallion whites and leaves.

Cut bacon into thin slices and set aside.

Clean the wok, add a little oil, then put the fat in and cook slowly over low heat.

Boil the fat meat until it is relatively dry and browned, pour out some of the oil, then add the dried red pepper segments and stir-fry.

Add the lean meat slices and stir-fry until they change color,

Add green onions and stir-fry over high heat.

Add a little light soy sauce, a little cooking wine, stir well and then add green onion leaves and stir-fry.

Add the green onion leaves and stir-fry them briefly before serving. If the cooking time is too long, the green onion leaves will become discolored and spoiled. The time is too short and there is no time to take pictures, so the dish is served directly.
