Overview
Yogurt is added to this meal bag to make the bread softer, prolong the aging of the bread, and have a richer taste. Well worth a try.

Mix all ingredients except butter and knead until expansion stage, then a large film can be pulled out.

Add butter, knead well and place in a warm place for basic fermentation.

Ferment until doubled in size, deflate and press, divide into seven equal parts, round and let rest for 10 minutes.

Round it again and put it into a mold (the eight-inch cake mold I used), and place it in a warm and moist place for secondary fermentation.

Ferment until doubled in size.

Brush the surface with egg wash, sprinkle with appropriate amount of almond slices, and place in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. (The middle observation needs to be covered with tin foil)

Unmold and dry until hand warm, then seal and store.
