Take two or three spoons of homemade plum jam and two small spoons of sugar. If you like it sweet, you can add a little more. Stir until fully dissolved.

Add appropriate amount of flour, stir and beat in an egg. If you like the cake thinner, don't add it too thick.

Grease the frying pan with some oil, spread the batter on it and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Fry one side and then flip it over.
