Overview

A friend gave me two marinated chickens. In order to consume them as quickly as possible, I grilled this pizza with chicken breasts. When you eat it, the mellow aroma of cheese is mixed with the marinated aroma of chicken, and the sweetness of corn kernels. It feels like a mix!

  2. While the dough is fermenting, prepare the filling. This is half a braised chicken with chicken breast.

  3. Shred the chicken breast into strips, steam the sweet corn and peel the corn kernels, cut the carrots and blanch them and set aside. At this point preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  4. Deflate the risen dough and knead it evenly, roll it into a round piece and put it into a 9-inch pizza pan (the pizza pan is brushed with butter in advance), and the pizza is ready. I brushed a little tomato sauce on the pizza, and also added some sweet and spicy sauce for a richer taste. It turned out to be very delicious! Brush with sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place the pie base into the middle rack of the oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes.

  5. After baking the pie base for 5 minutes, take it out and spread it with chicken, carrots, corn kernels, mozzarella cheese, pizza grass, and some freshly ground black pepper. Then put it in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Because the fillings are cooked, wait until the cheese is completely melted.
