One pound of fresh shrimps bought from the market.

Use clean scissors to cut off the shrimp gun and shrimp whiskers, remove the sand lines, then add a little cooking wine to marinate to remove the fishy smell.

Cut onions and ginger into small pieces and set aside.

When the pan is hot, add a little more oil than you normally would for cooking.

When one side of the shrimp turns red, add the shredded onion and ginger, then flip it over.

Pour in the juice prepared with white sugar, white vinegar, light soy sauce, and salt, and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
