Waffles

Overview

Waffles, a very stylish lattice cake, are often seen at afternoon tea in Western restaurants. A waffle is paired with a cup of coffee. Waffles can be paired with ice cream, cream, fruit, etc. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, fresh and not greasy.

Steps

1. 1 Take two eggs and mix them

   

2. 2 Add fine sugar and mix well

   

3. 3 Add milk into sifted flour and mix well

   

4. 4 Add 30 grams of butter and stir evenly. The butter should be melted

   

5. 5 Preheat electric baking pan

   

6. 6 Spread a layer of melted butter

   

7. 7 Cover the electric baking pan for two minutes, turn the other side, and cover it for another two minutes

   

8. 8 Garnish with chocolate sauce and strawberries
