Hot pot cabbage box
Overview
I don’t know what to cook recently, so I looked at Tian Tian Diet’s Guotai Cabbage Box, and I happened to have these items, so I can try making them. Cabbage is a vegetable we often eat in winter. It is delicious and nutritious. There are two varieties of cabbage, one is yellow-centred cabbage without Baotou, and the other is Baotou cabbage. I usually eat Baotou cabbage. Although the color is not as good as yellow cabbage, Baotou cabbage tastes better.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare raw materials.
-
Blanch the cabbage in a pot of hot water. After blanching, cool it in cold water, take it out and set aside.
-
Cut onion and ginger into mince.
-
Beat the eggs.
-
Add appropriate amounts of oyster sauce, soy sauce (I love the color, if you don't like it, you don't need to add it), one-third of the egg liquid, green onions, ginger, cooking wine, and salt to the minced meat. Stir together well.
-
Lay out the cabbage, trim the sides neatly with a knife, and add the meat filling.
-
Then wrap the four sides.
-
Put into the egg mixture.
-
Then dip it in flour.
-
Pour oil into the pan, add the cabbage box and fry until golden brown on both sides.
-
Add a small amount of green onions and ginger to the pot and stir-fry, then add light soy sauce, salt, pepper, and boiling water.
-
Pour into the cabbage box, cover and set over medium-low heat for five minutes.
-
There is still soup in the pot. Use high heat to collect a small amount and pour it on the cabbage box.
