Steps
-
Cut the side vegetables, pour a small amount of olive oil into the frying pan, break in two eggs, add the leftover rice and stir-fry, add corn kernels and other side vegetables, stir-fry, and then add a little oil.
-
Deboning the entire chicken wings and removing the chicken wing bones can be used to make chicken soup.
-
Stuff the fried rice pudding into the chicken wings and seal with toothpicks. Cut the onion, ginger, and garlic into small pieces and smash them into pieces. Knead the juice with your hands and apply it on the chicken wings, and then apply a little sesame oil.
-
Place the chicken wings on the bottom of the Corningware cast aluminum pot and fry over low heat until golden brown.
-
Pour a little olive oil into a Corningware cast iron pot, dice the shallots, cut the ginger into cubes, peel the garlic, stir-fry over high heat, turn to medium heat, add the chicken wings, pour in an appropriate amount of rice wine, cover the pot and fry for 20 minutes.
-
Use oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, sugar, and salt to make a sauce. Fry and bake the chicken wings until they are eighty-done, then pour in the sauce.
-
Cut the bell pepper into cubes, chop the basil, put it in the pot, fry and bake for a while, then remove from the pot.
