Chop the grapefruit peel and boil it with salt for 10 minutes

After boiling with salt, wash the grapefruit peel, put it in the pot, add the grapefruit meat, add a lot of rock sugar, add water, (I added two small bowls of water) and cook for half an hour, be careful to make the paste and stir frequently. In order to save time, I directly crush it with a juicer, then add a small bowl of water, add some honey and continue to cook until everything is cooked. After cooking, put it in a bottle, cool it, put it in the refrigerator, and freeze it in the refrigerator for five days.
