Sweet Carrot, Corn and Pork Ribs Soup
Overview
Women should drink more soup, especially in winter. Kelp soup, lotus root soup, and the carrot and corn soup we made today are all stewed with ribs. This soup is simple and does not require too many seasonings. It only needs a few slices of ginger and a little salt to keep the natural vegetable sweetness of corn and carrots. The soup is particularly delicious, and it is in harmony with the body when drunk in a warm state.

It's too hot in summer, and drinking freshly stewed soup can't warm you up like in winter, so it's most comfortable to drink it when it's warm.

Sprinkle a few leaves of home-grown coriander on top, it’s so delicious.
