It’s such a hot weather and I’m too lazy to cook, so let’s cook some meat and vegetables in one pot.

Slice potatoes and microwave until cooked.

Use a spoon to mash it into a puree, add salt and black pepper, and mix well.

Long bacon slices cut through.

The cheese slices are also split.

Shape the mashed potatoes into a round shape.

Place a slice of cheese on top of the bacon, top with mashed potatoes, and roll up.

Place the opening downwards into a baking sheet lined with foil.

Place in the oven at 210°C, 8 minutes, done.
