Steps
-
The basic ingredients are 2 Cantonese-style sausages, 2 eggs, and a cucumber!
-
Don’t forget the most important leftovers, overnight ones are best!
-
Peel the cucumber (you don’t need to peel it too cleanly) and cut it into cubes. You can decide the size according to your taste. I prefer the crispy feeling, so I cut it into large pieces~
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add salt and mix!
-
Soak the sausage in water, remove the skin, slice it and set aside!
-
Preheat the pan and add peanut oil, you don’t need much!
-
Fry the eggs in the pan!
-
The eggs are almost cooked. When the oil in the pan is dry, add sliced sausages and continue to fry~
-
The sausage itself contains oil, so it will not burn, but it must be fried over low heat~
-
Still on low heat, slowly fry the sausage until it is almost cooked, then add the rice and continue frying!
-
When the rice is fried and scattered, add soy sauce one by one. You can adjust it according to your own taste. If you have a strong taste, you can add more and continue frying~
-
When the rice is color-coated and almost ready for serving, add cucumber and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes. When done, serve~
-
A delicious and tasty sausage fried rice is ready. Is your mouth watering after looking at it?
-
Cucumber plays a very important role in it. Fried rice is usually dry and hard, but cucumber has more water and brings out the fragrance!
