Overview

Knead until expanded

The shaped dough is put back into the bread machine barrel and fermented at room temperature until it is 2.5 times in size

Take out the fermented dough and press it with your hands to deflate

Then divide into 8 equal portions, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes
