Cut the ribs into pieces, dice onions and peppers, and mince garlic

Heat a clay pot, sauté the minced garlic, pour in the ribs, add some sugar, salt, soy sauce, cornstarch, and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Add half a bowl of water, cover the pot and cook over high heat

When the ribs are cooked, add onions and peppers, cover the pot and simmer over low heat. No need to add water, as the onions will release water.

Just cook the onions until they are translucent. Onions that are too soft will not taste good. Pick up your chopsticks!
