Cut the chicken rack into small pieces (the chicken rack will be cut when you buy it) and wash it (you must remove the chicken lungs, which look like blood clots:)

Boil the water, put the chicken rack into the water and cook for 5 minutes. Remove and drain the water

Mix the soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, cumin noodles, cumin grains, MSG and thirteen spices into a juice and set aside

Boil the oil, stir-fry the chicken until it's a little golden (if you like it crispier, stir-fry for a while), cut the red pepper into sections and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour the prepared juice into the pot and continue to stir-fry until the juice is dried up and put into a plate. It is very delicious. I personally think it tastes better than the ones sold outside
