Put the good pork belly into the pot, add star anise, peppercorns, and cooking wine and simmer until 5 times cooked and let cool for later use.

Peel and wash the yam.

Cut the yam into thick slices and the pork belly into slices of about 5mm.

Now make the spicy one. Spread the rice noodles with appropriate amount of pepper evenly on the meat slices and yam, place them on the plate, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and light soy sauce.

Steam in a pot until the water boils, then turn to medium-low heat for about 30 minutes, then garnish with coriander.
