Blanch the spinach and puree it into a puree. Put the all-purpose flour, eggs and salt into a basin.

Add spinach puree, add warm water in small amounts several times, and stir with chopsticks.

Knead the dough with your hands into a smooth and hard dough. After kneading, let it rest for ten minutes.
