I felt that the waffles I made before were not soft enough and the color was not uniform enough. When I made them today, I paid attention to a few small details, and the resulting waffles were different: 1. When stirring the batter, don't use too much force or make circles, otherwise the batter will not be strong enough; 2. When stirring, the batter must not be too thick, so that it can flow; 3. When pancakes, there should not be too much oil, just wipe the bottom of the pot with a kitchen towel; 4. The heat of the pancakes should not be high, low heat, and fry slowly; 5.
