Loquat jam polka dot cake roll
Overview
The two loquat trees behind the house are full of fruit during the Qingming Festival every year. After eating some at home and sharing some with relatives and friends, there will still be a lot of leftovers. It would be a pity to lose them, so I came up with a way to make jam, which can be stored for a relatively long time! Picking, peeling, and pitting the fruits are all done by hand, which is very tiring! The pulp is marinated in rock sugar without adding a drop of water and then boiled with lemon juice to make jam. It can be spread on bread or brewed as a drink. It can clear away heat, promote body fluids, moisten the lungs and relieve coughs!

Mix oil and milk evenly

Bake at 150 degrees for 2 minutes, take out and let cool

Take 1/3 of the egg white and remove it from the egg yolk paste

Place in the oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes

Take the heat out of the oven, let it cool, and flip the cake upside down (remember to put greased paper on the wire rack)
