Steps
-
Add an appropriate amount of water to the flour. If you don't know how much water to add, you can add it while kneading the dough.
-
Stir it into a fluffy consistency, and then knead it into a ball. The dough for pancakes can be kneaded softer.
-
Knead the dough repeatedly into a smooth dough and let it rest for about twenty minutes to half an hour to allow the water and dough molecules to fully blend.
-
After waking up, divide the dough into two small doughs, flatten them and roll them out thinly.
-
It’s delicious when rolled out thinly
-
Sprinkle salt and thirteen spices (use the same yogurt spoon, half a spoonful more salt, less half a spoonful thirteen spices.), and spread them evenly on the dough. Two spoons of oil (peanut oil, soybean oil or other commercial oils are acceptable, the spoon used is as shown in the picture). If you have a brush, you can apply the oil evenly. If you don't have a brush, you can use the most primitive method: fold it in half, lift it, then fold it in another place, lift it up, and spread the oil evenly.
-
Start rolling the dough from one end.
-
Just push it gently with your hands and roll it into a long strip.
-
Roll the strip inward from both ends, as shown in the picture.
-
Stack the two rolls on top of each other.
-
Flatten it, set it aside, and then make another cookie dough.
-
After the two cake bases are made, roll them out one by one, and the size will depend on the caliber of the kitchen utensils you use.
-
After the spatula is hot (if you have an electric baking pan, you can adjust the heat according to the instructions on the pan), add a spoonful of oil and spread it evenly or brush it evenly with a small brush. When the oil is smoking, add the cake base.
-
When bubbles appear on the side facing up, brush a layer of oil on it, then flip it over and sear the other side.
-
When both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan
-
The biscuits are layered, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
