Overview
Beef has high protein content, low fat content, and delicious taste. Eating beef in cold winter has a stomach-warming effect and is a good tonic.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the beef to remove blood and drain it.
-
Use the back of a knife to lightly chop the beef on both sides (because there is no meat tenderizer) to make the beef tender.
-
Put the beef in a flat plate, pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, pepper powder and chopped onion and submerge (because the child does not eat pepper, I used pepper powder).
-
Coat the marinated steak evenly with cornstarch.
-
Put butter in the pan. When the oil is 70% hot, add the steak. Fry both sides for 1 minute to make the surface slightly brown (this can lock in the moisture inside the beef).
-
You can then flip it over and cook the steak to your liking.
-
Add a little tomato paste and water to the wok, bring to a boil and add some cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
-
Place the fried steak on a plate, pour tomato juice on it, and place other foods you like (I fried black pepper king oyster mushrooms, egg toast, and okra).
