  1. Wash the beef to remove blood and drain it.

  2. Use the back of a knife to lightly chop the beef on both sides (because there is no meat tenderizer) to make the beef tender.

  3. Put the beef in a flat plate, pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, pepper powder and chopped onion and submerge (because the child does not eat pepper, I used pepper powder).

  4. Coat the marinated steak evenly with cornstarch.

  5. Put butter in the pan. When the oil is 70% hot, add the steak. Fry both sides for 1 minute to make the surface slightly brown (this can lock in the moisture inside the beef).

  6. You can then flip it over and cook the steak to your liking.

  7. Add a little tomato paste and water to the wok, bring to a boil and add some cornstarch to thicken the sauce.

  8. Place the fried steak on a plate, pour tomato juice on it, and place other foods you like (I fried black pepper king oyster mushrooms, egg toast, and okra).
