White steamed buns
Overview
I often make some white flour steamed buns for breakfast at home, and put the unfinished ones in the refrigerator for quick freezing. They are much tastier than those bought outside

Dissolve yeast powder with a little warm water

Put the flour into a large bowl, add sugar and mix well

Pour in yeast water

Add appropriate amount of warm water and salad oil, stir into floc

Knead the dough with your hands, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes

Continue to knead into a smooth dough

Set aside to warm, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise until doubled in size

Exhaust

Sprinkle flour on the cutting board and roll out the dough into a wide sheet

Roll up

Cut into sections, (I trimmed 2 roses by the way...)

Let it sit for about 30 minutes

Pour cold water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then slowly, slowly boil the pot ~
