Fried zucchini

[Fried Zucchini] Original Zucchini. In the past, when frying, I grated the zucchini into shreds, added flour and eggs and fried it into noodles. This time I changed the method and directly fried the zucchini slices. I only added a little egg liquid, starch and a little salt. It is delicious. My niece, who has never been a fan of vegetables, also really likes it.

Cut the zucchini into round slices, about 0.3 to 0.5 mm, place in a large bowl, add salt and lightly marinate.
