1. 1 Clean the crabs.

   

2. 2 Put the washed crabs into the steamer.

   

3. 3 Steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

   

4. 4 When the time is up, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from the pot.

   

5. 5 Serve with crab vinegar after cooking. Original crab would be just fine.
