Millet cold cake
Overview
This idea came to me after discovering a certain phenomenon. With this in mind, I finally had the opportunity to test this idea. In fact, this idea came from inadvertently discovering the phenomenon of millet porridge congealing into lumps. And its solidification is the same as that of a bowl of bean yellow, the same as adzuki bean jelly, or even the same as jelly, which should be the same reason. Somewhat proudly, I used cake molds to give them simple shapes. Drizzle it with honey and place it on the table, playfully, waiting for people's reaction. Perhaps adding enough sweetness to it before it sets will add a little more acceptance. However, there was no seasoning in the original plan. In the end, it was drizzled with honey and wolfberry, just to prevent it from looking too monotonous and to attract attention by the way. That's all
