Green Beans, Corn and Shrimp
Overview
There was a discount in the supermarket yesterday. The shrimps were big and fresh. I bought more than a pound. I made steamed shrimps with garlic paste and fried shrimps. They are high in protein and low in fat. They are very good.

Fresh prawns

Peel five or six shrimps and remove the shrimp threads

Wash and drain the frozen corn, remove the frozen green beans from boiling water for one minute, and chop some minced garlic

Dice shrimp

Add starch, a little white wine and black pepper (I ran out of white pepper), a little light soy sauce and marinate for a while

Add a little oil in the pot, heat 40% to 50% over medium heat and stir-fry

Add corn, green beans, minced garlic, mix well, and season with salt

Remove from pan and plate
