Wash the enoki mushrooms and add a little salt (it tastes good, no need to add salt later)

Select a section of bacon, wrap it with enoki mushrooms, and secure it with toothpicks, as shown in the picture

Heat a little oil in the pot, add the enoki mushrooms and fry them until they become soft. The lazy dish is done!
