Ingredients: ordinary flour, whole grain flour (freshly ground in supermarkets, if not available, you can use black sesame paste instead), deep-sea fish floss.

The ratio of flour to whole grain flour is 2:1.

Mix flour and whole grain powder evenly.

Knead the dough with boiling water.

Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin sheet.

Use a tool to divide the rolled dough into multiple small rounds (if you don’t have tools, you can use a small eating bowl).

Brush each small round dough piece evenly with a layer of vegetable oil.

Put the two round dough sheets together with the oily side facing in to prevent them from sticking.

Pinch the edge into a lace in one direction.

Leave 1/3 of the place untouched.

This forms a pocket shape.

Spread a layer of fish floss inside the cake.

Pour a little oil into the pan.

Put the prepared cake into the pot and fry slowly over low heat.

Fry one side until brown and then fry the other side.
